See a doctor without leaving home, or get advice on the go - anytime, anywhere.
Access over 150+ doctors from a diverse range of qualifications, backgrounds, and experiences to find the right fit for you.
Book a video consultation when you need a referral for tests, to see a specialist, or to request a medical certificate.
Request new or repeat prescriptions, sent to your mobile phone as an eScript or to a preferred pharmacy.

Select the service you would like, ie. "Appointment" or "Prescription"
Choose to either "Speak to a Doctor Now" or select a time to schedule an appointment
At the Appointment screen, choose a suitable time; and/or if you are a new patient select "Sign Up" to create an account, or if you already have an account - login with your email address and password
Under "Redeem a Benefit" enter your OSHC or OVHC membership number (excluding Budget Working cover and Budget Visitors cover)
Complete the questions to make your booking

How to get ready for your online doctor consultation

The doctors at Doctors on Demand are ready to assist and support you with your health concerns.

There are some simple steps you can take so that your doctor can provide the best care possible and to ensure your Doctors on Demand consultation goes to plan:

Be ready to complete your personal details when registering on Doctors on Demand, including:

Your email address
Your street address
Your mobile phone number
Your medical history, including any medications you are currently taking
Ensure you have your Individual Healthcare Identifier ready before you book an appointment with Doctors on Demand – this will enable your doctor to provide you with an electronic prescription. If you have an Australian Government issued COVID-19 digital certificate, your Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI) number may be found on your certificate. If you cannot locate your IHI or would like to know more information please visit Individual Healthcare Identifiers and eScripts.
