Your mental health is of utmost importance to us. Everyone feels sad or stressed sometimes, but if these feelings last a long time or stop you from enjoying life, it’s important to seek help.

If you feel like you or someone you know needs help immediately, there are 24-hour services that can help in a crisis.

If it’s not a crisis but you’re concerned about your mental health, visit a GP. They can create a mental health treatment plan, giving you access to Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) benefits under your Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).

Sonder is available to all primary Allianz Care OSHC policyholders. For dual and multi-family policies, only one Sonder account can be activated, and this will be assigned to the primary policyholder.
